General Policies
Merchandise Condition
All products on WAMHomeCenter are brand new in the original box. We do not sell any refurbished or used products.
Sales Tax
If you have a tax exempt certificate please contact Customer Service so we can adjust your account.
Payment Options
WAMHomeCenter offers several convenient payment methods:
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Google Checkout
- Paypal
- Cashier’s Check or Money order
- Personal Checks (order ships once the check clears)
For your convenience, you will be charged upon ordering and your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If your order is unable to ship in the estimated time displayed on the site, we will hold your funds as a deposit on the goods until the product ships.
Delivery Inspection
Please order based on the product description and the specification sheets attached to the product. Do not order based solely on the image. The product description will be used to resolve any problems with an order, not the image.
Because some manufacturers do not offer images for all products in every finish / option, some images displayed for the product may not represent the exact finish / option. Please be sure to read the full description to ensure that you are ordering the desired finish / option.
Price Errors
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. In the event that an item is mispriced, WAMHomeCenter.com may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Price Match
If you find a lower price on the exact same item at another store we may be able to meet or beat the price. The item must be the same finish and option with the same Manufacturer Part Number. The item must be in stock from an authorized internet dealer. We consider the total price of the item including shipping and taxes when evaluating a price match.
We are unable to price match certain brands due to manufacturer’s restrictions. Minka Group products are excluded from the Price Match policy.
Each price match request will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to deny a price match request for any reason.
Price match requests must be submitted prior to placing the order.

Warranty
All products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty (unless noted otherwise in the description).
Please note Takagi Tankless water heaters require professional installation by a licensed contractor or the warranty is voided.
Volume / Job Quotes
Please contact Customer Service to inquire about volume quotes or job pricing.
Coupons & Discounts
- Coupons / discounts cannot be combined.
- One coupon / discount per purchase.
- Coupons cannot be combined with any quoted prices or volume discounts.
- Coupon / Discount valid for limited time.
- Quantities are limited, first come first served.
- Not valid on previous purchases.
- Coupon must be used at time of order, discount will not be applied after order has been placed.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities.
- Coupon not valid if price error on site.
- Coupons can be removed at any time. Clearance items are not eligible for coupons or additional discounts.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
Free Ground shipping to Contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) on most orders over $129. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to our discounted UPS rates.
Some items are not eligible for free shipping. Products with a “Ships For” value ship for a low, flat rate to the Contiguous U.S. Please call for quotes to Hawaii and Alaska.
Products that show “Not eligible for free shipping” are not eligible for free shipping. The shipping charge for these items will be calculated after you add to the cart.
Signature Required
Some orders over $500 are shipped Signature Required. If you would like to have your package sent without signature required please contact customer service.
Shipping Time
We do our best to display accurate stock information and lead times. If any part of your order is not available for shipping in the estimated time we show online, we will notify you via email with 1 business day.
Items in stock at the WAM warehouse usually ship same or next business day. Items in stock at the manufacturer’s warehouse usually ship in 2-7 business days. Some manufacturers have extended lead time of up to 14 days for in stock items. Please note that during before or on a Holiday your shipment will be delayed. We observe the following holidays: New Years Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Express orders usually ship same day if placed before 12 Noon EST (except for on Holidays or the day before a Holiday). More details on express orders. (link to Express shipping below)
If an item is out of stock we show an estimated shipping date on the product information page. These dates are provided as a convenience and are estimates only. We recommend you do not schedule your installations until you receive the product.
Shipping Date Estimate Accuracy
The estimated shipping dates are calculated using stock information from the manufacturer. This stock information is updated once daily. It is possible that an item will display online incorrectly as being in stock. This is beyond our control since many of our products are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. If you would like to confirm stock we suggest you call Customer Service prior to placing your order.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, sometimes the estimated shipping date will change after your order is placed. Please note these are estimates and not a promised shipping date.
Backorders & Partial Shipments
We will partial ship your order if we do not stock the items in the WAM warehouse.
Items that we stock in the WAM warehouse will not be partially shipped. Once all items are in stock we will ship complete. If you have questions about when your order will ship please contact Customer Service.
Tracking information
When your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also see the tracking information by logging into your account here (insert My Account login to “here”).
Please note many orders are shipped from different locations, so you may receive multiple shipments each with their own tracking numbers. You can view the shipment information in to see which products were shipped for each tracking number you receive by logging into your account here (insert My Account login to “here”).
Availability of tracking information
As soon as we ship part of your order, or receive tracking from a manufacturer, we will post the information to your account and email you with tracking. Some manufacturers do not provide tracking data in a timely fashion.If you have not received a tracking number via email, and the tracking number is not entered into the order details in the “My Account” section, please contact Customer Service. Often the manufacturer has not sent the tracking number yet, but the order has been shipped.
Express Shipping
Most express orders placed before 12 Noon EST ship the same business day (except for on Holidays or the day before a Holiday).
After 12 Noon EST: Please call to place your express order to ensure the fastest processing possible.
If the product has an estimated ship time on the detail page, please call Customer Service prior to placing your order to check stock. This means that the product is most likely out of stock, but we may be able to work with the manufacturer to rush a delivery.
International Shipments
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Third Party Shipments
Some products (not all) may be available for shipping on your third party UPS/ FedEx account number. There will be a handling fee of $9.99 for a third party shipment. Please call customer service for details.
