What is the WAM Rewards Program?

WAM Rewards is a customer loyalty program that allows you to accrue points and use them as currency on a future order.

How do I accrue points?

Buy a product that shows “WAM Rewards” on the product page.  
Referring a friend using this link (insert link to tell a friend).
Write a product Review.

How much are points worth?

Every point is worth $0.30, so after 300 points you can get a certificate for $9.00 off your next order!

How do I check my Points balance?

Login to Your Account (insert link to login).
Click on the “View Your Reward Points” link to see your current WAM Rewards balance.

How do I redeem points?

During checkout, you will see the amount of points you have available to redeem.
Simply enter the number of points you want to apply to this order, click “Recalculate”, and your new total will be updated.

Do Points Expire?

No, points do not expire.

Will I earn Reward Points when I place an order and redeem points?

No, when you redeem your rewards you do not earn rewards on that purchase.

If I redeem my WAM Rewards, will I have to pay taxes?

Yes, if we are shipping the product to a Florida address.  You are still responsible for taxes on the order subtotal BEFORE the WAM Rewards were applied.

Can I redeem points on shipping charges and taxes?

No, points do not apply towards shipping charges and taxes.

If I use a Coupon will I receive the full WAM Rewards?
Yes, if you use a coupon you will receive the full WAM Rewards.

If I receive a Volume Quote or Job pricing will I accrue WAM Rewards?

No, orders that are placed using special pricing are not eligible for WAM Rewards.
**internal note – we must use “wholesale pricing” and set up customer as “wholesale” so that the WAM Rewards won’t apply.  Customer type can be changed after the order so they will accrue rewards on future purchases.  Must also adjust setting in PC so Wholesale customers don’t receive rewards.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or change the Reward Points program at any time. 

We reserve the right to edit your points balance if there were any errors or if you received points that you shouldn’t have.

Returns / Cancellations

If you return or cancel any part of an order, the WAM Rewards for the entire order will be deducted from your points balance.
