42" Ventilated Metal Board
Our metal ventilated board differentiates itself from the earlier wooden ironing boards. The traditional built-in wooden board only needed to be hard for the dry irons of the day. Today’s advanced steam irons are designed to project bursts of steam to penetrate deep into the fabric. Using them on a wooden ironing board causes condensation on the board and hot spots when ironing. Our metal ventilated board allows this steam to pass through the fabric keeping the surface dryer and providing a more even-heated ironing surface. 4-Inch Height Adjustment
90° Left/Right Swivel
Are you looking for the optimal freedom in board usage? The premium length 46” board coupled with the adjustable swivel creates the overall maximum flexibility that you would want in an ironing board.
A swivel board allows for a 90 degree left/right turn of the board creating the flexibility that may be necessary in confined areas.This feature is standard on Model A-42 and optional on all other models.
Spring Activated Fold Down Board
The new spring activated fold down board provides ease in lowering or raising the board when in the seated position. The board easily lowers by gently pulling the crossbar underneath the board. The tension weighted board also provides the same gently guided slow moving upward motion when lifting the board to return to its original position.

Garment Bar
...more than just a few garments to iron.
The garment bar can hold multiple clothes hangers, making it more convenient to perform continuous ironing.
This feature is available on all other models as an option.
Upper and Lower Hot Iron Storage
Not only is it convenient to store your iron inside the unit, but there’s no reason to let your iron cool down. The insulated heat shield allows for immediate shelving.
The hot iron storage area has been designed to accept the majority of steam/dry irons available at retail, including many premium models.
The lower hot iron storage compartment accommodates people who choose to sit while ironing. While, the upper hot iron storage is used for those who traditionally stand while ironing.
Electrical Cord Wrap with Restraint
These features allow for only the amount of cord required to iron by using the electrical cord cover or wrap. You can easily guide the iron and eliminate the excess cord from getting in your way. Electrical Cord Cover comes standard on the Model A-46. The electrical cord wrap comes standard on the Model A-42. Built in safety switch
Hot Iron Rest
...no place to leave your iron when moving or turning your garment?
Place the iron in this handy heat resistant iron rest. This allows for more useable space on the ironing board while making your garment adjustments.
This feature is optional on all other models except the NE-242. Additional Storage Shelf

All models will include an additional storage shelf, our premium A-46 cabinet will include two storage shelves.

Electrical requirements: 115/120v, 15amp. Pigtails are provided in bottom of wire way for hookup to supply line. Make entrance into knockouts provided in top of wire way through right-hand vent hole.

Recommended to attach 2" x 4" cleats to studs, level with the bottom of opening (for support when recessing unit.)
