FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the CONTIGUOUS U.S. (lower 48 States) on most orders over $99. Most products ship for Free if the order subtotal is over $99. The products that will not ship free have a "Ships for" value listed on the product page.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
The Flat Rate Products (with a "Ships For" value) show rates for Ground Shipping to the continental United States. Please call for shipping quotes to HI and AK.
These products will NOT count towards the free shipping order requirements.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Most orders over $500 are shipped Signature Required. If you would like to have your package sent without a signature please contact Customer Service.
SHIPPING METHOD & TIME:
We ship within the United States. International shipments are not
available at this time. We ship via FedEx which takes anywhere from 3-7
business days to deliver, once it leaves our warehouse. Most orders are shipped
the same business day. Common carriers are usually used for larger orders.
Most orders ship in 1 - 2 Business Days. Backorders usually ship within 7 days. We will notify you via email as soon as possible if your order is on Backorder. Backorder emails are usually sent in 1 - 2 Business Days.
If you place your Two Day or Overnight Order after 11 AM EST please call Customer Service to verify that your order will ship that day. We make every attempt to ship Expedited Orders the same business day. Most Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day. If we are unable to ship your expedited order the same day, we will contact you immediately via email or telephone. Expedited Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday (or the next business day).
We utilize the best packaging for the added safety of your order. Every item is packed with extreme care to ensure that the product arrives safely. In fact, every item that we stock is inspected when it arrives at our facility and when it leaves our facility to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition.
LARGE TRUCK SHIPMENTS: Due to FedEx weight restrictions, a limited number of our products must ship Large Truck. Residential shipments will be delivered curbside. Commercial shipments will be delivered to a loading dock (if applicable). If special delivery options are required, please call Customer Service and we can arrange for special deliveries for an extra charge. Please call for Expedited Shipping Rates.
RE-CONSIGNMENT CHARGES: Customer will be responsible for any re-consignment charges, if there is an error in the shipping address provided.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax will only be charged for orders within the state of Florida.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Some orders will be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed below. We charge cancellation fees to cover the restocking fees we are charged when returning a special order item to the manufacturer. Our cancellation fees also reflect credit card charges we incur when cancelling an order.
Within 48 Hours: Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours (2 Business Days) of placing the order with no fees as long as the order is not in transit. If the order is in transit to you the order cannot be cancelled. Please see the return policy.
If your order is on Back Order - you have 48 hours (2 Business Days) from the time the Back Order email notification was sent. Please add "sales@wamhomecenter.com" to your safe senders list to make sure you receive all emails from Customer Service.

ORDER CHANGES
Removing /Changing a Product: You may change an order as long as it is not in transit. If the order is in transit to you the order cannot be changed. Please see the return policy.
If the order is in transit to our warehouse the order fees will apply. The Order Change fee is 3% for stock items or 20% for special order items. You may also be responsible for the cost of shipping the items you are removing from your order back to the manufacturer.
Adding To Your Order: If the order has not shipped you can add an item to your order.
You will be charged the additional cost of the product and any flat rate shipping fees. If you received free shipping on your original order and the item you are adding doesn’t have a flat rate fee you will not be charged additional shipping charges. If the item you are adding has a flat rate fee this shipping fee will be added to your order total. If you are adding to an expedited order shipping fees will be changed to reflect the total weight of the order.
You can not add to an order that has already shipped. If your order is in transit you will have to submit a new order. This order will be subject to any applicable shipping charges.

PRICING ERRORS:
Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every
effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, we cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an
error is found, we will inform the customer via email and with a phone call.
If the order has been shipped, the customer should refuse delivery. If the product has been delivered the customer can return the order for a full refund and PriceLess will cover the expense of the return shipping. If the customer wishes to keep the product their credit card will be charged at the correct price. If we do not hear from the customer with 24 hours of being notified we will assume that the customer wants the product and the customer will be charged the correct amount.
If the order has not been shipped the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.
PRODUCT IMAGES:
Please order based on the product description and the specification sheets attached to the product. Do not order based solely on the image. The product description will be used to resolve any problems with an order, not the image.
Because some manufacturers do not offer images for all products in every finish, some images displayed for the product may not represent the exact finish. Please be sure to read the full description to insure that you are ordering the correct finish.
DELIVERY INSPECTION:
As noted in our shipping information we pack and inspect each and every item at least two times. Should
you receive your package in a damaged condition, do not sign for it as it was damaged in transit.
Simply refuse delivery and notify our customer service department immediately.
INSTALLATION:
WAMHomeCenter.com is not responsible for errors in installation or faulty performance due to incorrect installation. We are also not responsible for injury or death resulting in improper installation of any products. It is always necessary to read the manufacturers complete instructions before attempting to install any product.
WAM recommends that you always have a licensed professional install your product and provide the necessary information to help you in your purchasing decisions.

RETURN POLICY:
You may return an item* for any reason within 30 days of the sale date as long as it is in excellent
and salable condition. Product must be unopened in manufacturer's packaging to be returned. A restocking charge of 20% or 25% will apply. Please see list below.

If you received free shipping we will deduct the cost of the shipping fee we paid to you from your return. We will not refund any shipping fees you paid. You will be responsible for all shipping fees to return the item to us. To receive your refund (subject to restocking fee and other charges) we must receive your return within 10 days of issuing an RMA. After 10 days you will receive no credit.
Please call Customer Service so that you return the order to the correct address.
- The product must be in perfect resalable condition.
- The original box must be unopened and sealed.
- Do not write on the box.
- The product must be returned in the manufacturer's original box and packaging. Any additional boxes or packaging material that Wholesale America used to ship the package initially must be used to ship the return.
- You must return all manuals, warranty cards, parts and pieces that were shipped to you.
- You must call Customer Service at 888-696-7060 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA number.
- Toilet seats may not be returned for any reason.
- Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
- You will not be refunded any shipping charges.
- Shower Doors can not be returned for any reason.
Do not refuse shipment to return an order. If you refuse an order the product will be returned to you at your expense.

*You may not return Special Order Fanimation Fans. This applies to the following Fanimation Fans: The Americana, The Brewmaster, The Bourbon Street, The Palmetto, The Punkah and The Torrento. Any accessories ordered with this Special Order will not be accepted.
*No Triarch Brand Products will be accepted for return. All Triarch Sales are final.
*No Classic Flame (Twinstar) items will be accepted for return. All Classic Flame sales are final.
*No Maxim or ET2 items valued at less than $50 will be accepted for return.
*Clearance items, discontinued and obsolete items can not be returned.

PRICE MATCH
"We Will Not Be Undersold". We match (or beat) competitors pricing! There are some Brands that we can not match because of vendor restrictions. To request a price match, please call, email, or live chat.
We will Price Match most requests, however there might be items where we will not be able to do so.
All Price Matches have to be for the exact item, in new condition. All charges must be verified to approve a Price Match Request.
Please have the following information ready when requesting a price match:
SKU, Brand, Quantity, Competitor URL, Competitor Shipping Fees
